Return and Refund Policy for La-Fig International

At La-Fig International, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order of padded or non-padded bras, or bra sets, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been tried on or worn.
Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they remain in perfect condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at lafiginternational@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the return form, and ship them to the address provided.

4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to factors not covered under our policy.

5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend initiating the exchange as soon as possible to ensure availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
